Who are we?
IELO-LIAZO SERVICES (ielo) is an independent French telecommunications infrastructure operator, specializing in Very High Speed fiber optic networks, delivering high-quality solutions to commercial operators, data centers, and cloud ecosystems.
What is the purpose of the eligibility test?
The eligibility test allows you to check whether ielo’s fiber optic network is available near the postal address you provide for the delivery of an FTTO service. To ensure accurate results, it is essential that you enter the correct address.
The information provided through the test reflects the status of the data held by ielo on its network as of the date of the test. This data is regularly updated and may therefore change over time.
Please note that the postal address entered as part of the test may be stored and used by ielo for analytical purposes, in order to identify geographical areas with high demand that are not currently covered by the ielo network, and to assess potential deployment projects to meet business needs.

What happens if the test is positive?
You will be invited to complete a form so that we can better understand your profile and gather information about your project. This will allow us to refer you to one of our partners (commercial operators), who may then contact you to present their FTTO service offerings based on ielo’s fiber infrastructure.
Our teams may also contact you directly to better understand your project and requirements before directing you to one of our partners.
Please note that a positive eligibility result is only the first step in assessing the feasibility of your project. The site(s) you wish to connect must meet certain technical and administrative prerequisites, which will be detailed by the commercial operator.
What happens if the test is negative?
You will be invited to complete a form so that our teams can contact you to better understand your project and, where appropriate, propose multi-operator solutions.
