From network to reality: in-house expertise
At ielo, we don’t just operate infrastructure.
We design it, build it, run it, and continuously improve it. Our expertise is fully in-house: planning, deployment, maintenance, supervision, business tools… Every stage of the network is designed and controlled by our teams.
This approach allows us to stay responsive and consistent, while delivering a constant level of quality. It is also what enables us to equip our partners with precision, and give them control over the network, as if it were their own.
The ielo Engineering Office
The ielo Engineering Office designs every network segment in detail, in close connection with real-world field constraints.
Route studies, optical engineering, path protection, link sizing, every deployment is carefully prepared to ensure resilience, scalability, and consistency with the rest of the infrastructure.
To further strengthen this level of control, we have developed an in-house software platform that tracks the network in real time, from the very first design phase through the entire lifecycle of each link. Thanks to this comprehensive mapping, our teams maintain a precise, up-to-date inventory and can respond more quickly in the event of an incident or network evolution.
ielo Regional Technical Centers
Our 12 Regional Technical Centers serve as the link between the network and the field.
Distributed nationwide, they bring together nearly 100 technicians, working in close proximity to network equipment and customer sites. This organization enables rapid deployments, efficient interventions, and leverages deep local knowledge of each region.
To ensure consistent quality across all regions, our Quality & Security team defines the procedures to be followed in each RTC, trains the teams, and regularly audits field practices.
This rigorous framework is what allows us to maintain a consistent level of service wherever the network is deployed.
Continuous monitoring
Our operations team monitors the entire network 24/7.
Detection, diagnostics, and intervention coordination are fully centralized to ensure availability and responsiveness.
But we go beyond monitoring. We also develop our own operations tools, giving our partners a complete view of their network. Provisioning, monitoring, diagnostics, each operator can manage its services with the same level of autonomy as if it were operating the infrastructure itself.
That is also what transparency means to us.
