OOB is a management access independent from production, allowing you to manage your hosted equipment even when your optical or IP paths are no longer available.
Do you provide 24/7 interventions on hosted equipment?
Yes. Our teams, directly or in coordination with the relevant data center teams, can perform 24/7 interventions for basic tasks: reboot, checks, patching, and other guided operations. You can continue operating even remotely.
